Ricardo has twenty years of experience structuring, financing and managing Real Estate and Infrastructure portfolios and has held several positions with investment banks and funds based in Lisbon and London. Founding partner at NXT Evolution. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments in London and an FSA approved person.

For the last 30 years, Jorge has gathered a wealth of experience in the development of real estate projects, having developed some of the most iconic renovation projects in Portugal, converting 18th century palaces into luxury apartments, just to name a few. Founding partner at NXT Evolution. He specializes in the coordination of the technical teams that develop and execute the projects.

As an architect, working for over 18 years in the Real Estate sector, within International companies such as Deloitte, JLL or Temple Property Development Group, Rita holds in-depth experience in various sectors including workplace strategy, procurement, development and project management. She developed multiple residential, tourism and office projects, with outstanding results.

Sales Manager
Vasco has been with our company since his graduation in Marketing. He has had the opportunity to work in a significant number of the projects we have developed in recent years, with outstanding results. He is self motivated and able to work autonomously.

29 Years of experience in the financial sector. Started his career with Arthur Andersen, S.A.(Delloite) in 1995 followed by Crédito Agrícola Group until 2006. Currently Board Member at Lynx Asset Managers.
